Yes, we do. Follow-up treatments are booked as separate appointments, allowing us to assess your skin’s progress and adjust your treatment as needed to ensure the best possible results.
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit or the treatment being deducted from your value pack. Missed appointments without notice will also result in the deposit being forfeited or the treatment being cancelled. Please note that late arrivals may lead to a shorter treatment time or, in some cases, the appointment being forfeited altogether.
We kindly request that payments be made using card or contactless methods whenever possible. Please note, there is an additional £5 charge for American Express transactions.
To secure an appointment with Fiore Aesthetics, a refundable deposit of £30 will be charged to your debit or credit card at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment or consultation fee. When booking an appointment with a member of our medical staff, a higher deposit of £75 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will also be refunded against your treatment costs.
