Your under-eye area will be cleansed well to remove makeup, dirt, or oil. Your clinician might apply a topical numbing cream just to make the injections more comfortable. They will then proceed to mark the areas that are to be treated. Since Lumi Eyes is done through micro-injections, it may take about 20 to 30 minutes in total for the whole procedure.
You can expect slight redness, swelling, and bruising of the skin at the injection sites. Most of these side effects, however, will go away on their own after a few hours or days. You can immediately apply a cold compress to the area to help reduce swelling and discomfort after treatment.
