Personalised care has always been at the heart of Fiore Aesthetics. LUXlife Magazine has now recognised that commitment by naming Fiore Aesthetics Best Personalised Medical Aesthetics Clinic 2026 – London in its Leaders in Luxury Awards 2026.
This recognition matters to me because Fiore Aesthetics was never built around simply offering aesthetic treatments. From the beginning, my aim has been to create a clinic where clinical standards, patient safety, education and genuinely personalised care come first.
Recognition Built on Clinical Standards
Aesthetic medicine has changed considerably during my career. New treatments, technologies and trends continue to emerge, but the principles behind good practice should remain consistent.
My clinical background began in periodontal surgical assisting and conscious sedation, where infection control, patient safety and clinical discipline were fundamental. These principles continue to shape the way I practise aesthetic medicine today.
I have progressed through UK-recognised aesthetic qualifications from Levels 4 to 7, including a Level 7 PGDip in Aesthetic Practice. I also hold an MSc in Healthcare Management and Clinical Complications and am studying for an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Chichester. I am now close to graduating with a PhD in Health Sciences, focused on treatment modalities and inflammatory responses. These experiences have strengthened my belief that aesthetic medicine requires sound education, careful clinical judgement and professional accountability.
That philosophy extends across the entire team at Fiore Aesthetics.
Every patient is different, and every treatment plan should reflect that. Our role is not to follow a trend or impose a particular aesthetic. Our role is to understand the individual, assess them carefully, and recommend treatments that suit their anatomy, skin, and personal objectives.
“Each person’s face tells a story, and preserving that narrative is crucial.” – Flavio Refrigeri, Clinic Director & Founder
Personalisation is not simply about choosing a different treatment for each patient. It is about understanding when to treat, how much to treat and, importantly, when a treatment may not be appropriate.
What Personalised Medical Aesthetics Means at Fiore Aesthetics
For me, the most important measure of success will always be the trust our patients place in us.
Our approach centres on natural-looking results, careful consultation, and treatment plans tailored to the individual. Whether a patient visits us to discuss aesthetic treatments, skin concerns, or regenerative options, we always start by understanding what they want to achieve.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Two people requesting the same treatment may have very different anatomy, concerns, expectations and clinical considerations. That is why consultation and assessment are so important to the process.
Education is equally important to me. Through the Fiore Aesthetics Training Academy, I work with healthcare professionals who want to develop their knowledge and practical skills within aesthetics.
The same principles apply to my teaching as to patient care: safety, evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning and knowing when not to treat.
More Than an Award
Being named Best Personalised Medical Aesthetics Clinic 2026 – London is something I am extremely proud to share with our patients, practitioners and the wider community.
For us, however, the recognition is not an endpoint.
It marks another milestone for a clinic that has continued to develop while staying committed to the principles on which it was founded: personalised care, clinical standards, patient safety, and natural-looking outcomes.
Thank you to every patient who has trusted Fiore Aesthetics with their care and to everyone who has been part of our journey.
We look forward to continuing to provide personalised medical aesthetics in London while maintaining the standards our patients expect from us.
